The 30 Day Rule

Are you in the market to make a big purchase? Have you determined if this purchase is actually necessary or is it an impulse buy?  If the purchase you are about to make (or thinking about) is not a necessity or an immediate need wait 30 DAYS and then determine if the item is still needed.  After 30 days the urge to purchase will pass and you may find yourself not even thinking about buying that particular item anymore.  The 30 day rule can help you save money by avoiding unnecessary impulse purchases.  Next time you’re at the store about to pull out your plastic, remember to wait on it for 30 days and then decide!
