1 cup butter (if you have a dairy allergy be sure to use a dairy/lactose free butter).
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
a couple shakes of garlic salt
1 loaf of Italian or French bread
plastic zip bags
Mince your garlic (or use pre-minced garlic) add to pan with butter and garlic salt. Slowly simmer until butter melts.
While the butter is melting slice your bread and place pieces on your lightly sprayed baking sheet.
Use a spoon to pour melted butter and garlic mixture over each piece of bread (if you are baking more than you need for dinner or to use in the future, wrap pieces in the parchment paper and place in zip lock baggies and place in freezer. Just reheat in the oven).
Place baking sheet under the broiler for 3-5 mins or until edges are browned and crisp.
Enjoy fresh out of the broiler. Pair with your favorite dinner!
