MIA due to New Milk Allergy and Finals

This past couple of weeks have been crazy.  I just learned (the hard way) I am now allergic to dairy, which means no more milk, yogurt, or cheese for me.  It has been quite a challenge to totally eliminate all dairy from my diet. But I'm fighting through the cravings for pizza and ice cream.  I've already lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and I actually feel great.

I also just finished my final exams and have finally completed my degree (after taking a break after having my son). Woohoo.

I am also working with Holly Perkins the fitness instructor for Fitness 360 to bring my readers up to date on her latest workout and giveaway.  I have started a 30 day challenge using the Fitness 360 workout program.  I will keep you all up to date on the workout, how its working, and how I'm looking and feeling.  At the end of the 30 days I will be giving away 1 Fitness 360 Workout DVD which in includes all 3 workouts and 1 Pair of New Balance Workout Socks.
